How a Swiss client reduced TCO and future proofed their tech
By the end of my time in this project, the team had automated 80% of their application deployment tasks, while future proofing them towards infrastructure automation as well. As a result, this move resulted in drastic reduction of forecasted TCO, improved team efficiency, which eventually enabled them to consider more enhancements.
How a large German telco benefitted from overhauling their multi-cloud offerings
The goal here was to convert the request catalog into self-service mode – as much as possible – to improve processing time and cost for each request. The current request portal hosted multiple types of requests ranging from password reset to ordering a server. This initiative had multiple facets like costing and pricing with respect to cost centers, automation of logistical challenges, integrations with many 3rd party solutions, and licensing implications.
How a US based FinTech SaaS avoided their development infra costs by 80% using IaC
When talking to the founders, I understood that they plan to expand their development team, and worried about increasing dev infrastructure costs. I identified opportunities where unutilized resources in sub-production environments were unnecessarily burning cash during off periods. Especially in a setup where they would require their isolated development environments only to test features, before integrating them in the integration environments.
